A new years eve of a difference for both Ingrid, myself and little Mwene Ingrid’s son as we flew from Nairobi heading for a month long marketing tour of Holland for ‘Vakantiebeurs’, Madrid with ‘Fitur’ and finally Uk for ‘Adventure Travel live’.
We would firstly like to say how absolutely freezing it was as we walked out the doors at Heathrow at 05.30 in the morning to be hit by a wall of freezing air which was hovering around minus 2 degrees centigrade. I can assure you one does forget just how cold that is when daily, yearly temperatures in Arusha hover between 15 + in our winter incidentally being June up to a comfortable 30+ in December onward. Besides it being freezing and pretty much white every which way we turned the trip was a great success.
So glad we packed Kili jackets – a pleasant walk in
Utrecht after a dusting of the white stuff
We would like to thank all of you both agent and hopefully future client for taking the time to come by our stand for a chat and to learn what magic Tanzania holds in store for those who make the first step. Great Easter break deals on low season Lodge specials from just $90 per night, the annual wildebeest migration is massing already in and around the Ngorongoro Conservation area and will continue to make its way slowly back into Serengeti arriving according to seasonal patterns in the North of Serengeti by July, enquire today you have nothing to loose but a great adventure to unfold.
On a final note from the B2B team for this much over due ’shout out’ for those who came to Adventure Travel Live I hope you enjoyed the power point and the talk as to what a safari can consist of? As I mentioned the word Safari means to travel in Swahili, how you travel and what you do along the way are the ingredients that go into making the perfect Safari, feel free to find out how we can customise your Safari with a difference and make 2010 or 2011 that one to remember, once Africa gets under your skin it’s a hard one to shake. Karibuni watu wote (you are all welcome)
